Company Is Taking Action Against Me
Before we begin, tell us whether this is a brand-new incident or an existing BlackBox Crew case. This keeps your timeline clean and prevents duplicate case files.
New Incident Or Existing Case?
Choose one route. If this is already registered with BlackBox Crew, update the existing case instead of starting a duplicate file.
Existing Case
I already have an active BlackBox Crew case. I need to update my timeline, upload new letters, roster changes, outcome documents, appeal notes, or meeting records.
Enter the reference exactly as shown on your earlier BlackBox Crew case record.
Lock Down What Is Happening Now
This page works like a cockpit checklist. Each section opens only when the previous step is complete, so the case starts in the safest order.
Before You Answer Anything
Start by preserving the basic position. Do not assume that a “quick chat” is harmless, and do not assume an outcome is final until you have checked the appeal route and deadline.
Do not guess, argue, resign, delete messages, edit evidence, or send a rushed reply. First preserve the timeline, the instruction, the evidence, and your current work or outcome status.
Have You Been Contacted Or Asked To Attend A Meeting?
Was The Invite Or Contact In Writing?
Lock Down The First Contact
Preserve the invitation or clarify the purpose before answering detailed questions.
Upload The Written Invite
Upload the email, letter, WhatsApp, Teams message, roster note, app message, or written instruction showing how management described the meeting or contact.
Send A Clarification Email
If the invite was verbal or unclear, send calm wording that asks management to define the meeting before you answer detailed questions.
This does not accuse the company of anything. It simply asks them to confirm whether the meeting is welfare, informal, fact-finding, investigatory, disciplinary, appeal-related, or capable of being used later.
What Has Management Called This?
What Is Your Current Work / Outcome Status?
If management says this is just a chat, welfare, informal, or nothing to worry about, clarify the purpose before answering detailed questions.
Recommended Wording
Use calm clarification wording. Do not add admissions, explanations, emotion, or speculation.
Active Stage Roadmap
One Case. Multiple Stages.
Airline cases rarely stay in one box. An informal chat can become an investigation. An investigation can become a disciplinary. A warning, final written warning or dismissal can become an appeal, ACAS process, solicitor review, or tribunal claim. BlackBox Crew keeps the case organised as one joined-up record.
